Why I Do This Work
Throughout my career as a product and strategy executive, I saw firsthand how powerful the right support can be at the right moment.
Leadership roles often come with complex decisions, competing priorities, and pressure to have the answers. From the outside, successful leaders can appear confident and certain. From the inside, the path forward is often much less clear.
I saw colleagues—and at times myself—gain enormous clarity when they had the opportunity to step back, think through the situation with someone objective, and see new possibilities.
That experience is what drew me to executive coaching. I spent most of my career in tech, which means I understand the environment my clients are navigating: the pace, the complexity, and the particular kind of stuck that high-performing leaders in that world tend to feel.
Today, I help leaders create that same space to think more clearly, navigate complexity, and move forward with deeper confidence.
My Perspective on Leadership
Leadership challenges are rarely technical
They're about interpretation, judgement and influence.
The most capable leaders often feel stuck
Because the next level requires thinking differently, not trying harder.
Clarity changes everything
When leaders see the situation clearly, better decisions follow.
