About Zoe
My lifelong fascination with the power of the human mind has profoundly influenced both my career as an executive and my approach to leadership coaching. This passion inspired me to earn a Ph.D. in Human Factors Psychology, a discipline focused on human cognition, perception, and behavior, and their intricate relationships with our environment. This scientific foundation informs my coaching methodology, allowing me to help clients gain a deeper understanding of their challenges, identify the barriers holding them back, and crucially, develop effective strategies to drive meaningful and positive change.

The demands placed on executives—encompassing impact, speed, and resilience—are substantial. My 15 years of experience in driving business value across various high-tech environments have equipped me with the skills and insights necessary to assist clients in finding practical, actionable solutions to move toward greater success. By integrating principles of human behavior with real-world business acumen, I empower leaders to increase their impact and cultivate a thriving culture.
